General Hospital spoilers say that when it comes to Kristina and Willow, there’s a huge difference that a lot of people might not be aware of.
And while some people want to believe that both women are supposedly ‘crazy’ in their own way, that’s not always the case.
Let’s just say that these two women have a lot of internal issues that they need to work out, right? That, and there’s a huge difference between them, too.
Of course, the internet had a lot to say about this subject matter online.
Some even commented with, “Willow deep down is selfless, has very redeeming qualities. It showed with Scout. Kristina is scheming. Constantly. Everybody gets hurt because of her.”
“Willow has been driven to this point and a lot of it was her not listening but still. Kristina is given opportunity after opportunity where she breezes through real life consequences and she just won’t stop.”
Another critic of the show wrote, “Though I do feel Kristina is more inherently selfish and self serving. I suppose that could make her technically more psychotic, since she continues to make the choices she makes without any consideration for the fallout for those she loves even though she KNOWS there will be fallout.”
“I also don’t feel Willow is crazy though that is definitely in her genes. Her current situation is her own making, she was not manipulated. She had an emotional affair with Drew by choice before it was physical.”
And then there was this comment as well, “Willow is a product of Shilo he was abusive. Kristina is batshit crazy, Plus her idiot parents keep coddling, making excuses for her instead of holding her accountable & getting her help.”
“Kristina needed professional help long tome ago. Now she’s gotten worse.”

Regardless of the explanations as to why the two are the way they are, both need professional help to aid in alleviating the personas at hand.
I'm not so sure Kristina is that selfish, or deliberately out to hurt anyone (except Ava, who she BELIEVES is responsible for her baby's death). She is just so impulsive and gets an idea in her head, and goes full steam ahead, believing it will work out and fix everything in her life. Most of us, IF we get a stupid idea, we stop and think of all the consequences and people who get hurt if (WHEN) it doesn't work out. She always feels genuinely bad after it blows up in her face, but it doesn't stop her from charging ahead with the next inane idea that pops into her head. She has absolutely ZERO impulse control.
Christina needs to go to Ferncliff. She is way past crazy; she is selfish and self-serving. Willow is broken right now. She needs help to help her regain her balance and composure.
