The Young And The Restless Spoilers Monday, July 28: Nikki In Peril, Lily Taken Hostage, Amanda Goes Rogue & Calls Cops

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, July 28 reveal that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) needs a savior, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) calls the cops, and Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) freaks out about Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).

Kicking things off, robotic Carter (Vincent Stalba) comes clean to Cane, thinking he was safe. He was wrong. After Carter confess to killing Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers), Carter learns he’s headed for prison.

Carter Made Too Many Mistakes

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) had their crack at interrogating the aide, and this time around they are listening as Carter cracks.

Carter realizes that he has nowhere to turn and accuses Cane of setting a trap. You know what they say about people who have nothing to lose—they are the most dangerous.
Now that Carter has nothing left, he decides to go for the gusto.

Carter Threatens Lily

Carter realizes he is trapped and breaks out a gun which he points at Lily. Cane panics with Chance not far behind him. They plead with Carter not to hurt Lily but he informs them she is being used as a hostage whiles he escapes the estate.

How far will Carter get?

The End is Coming For Citizen Cane’s Party

It looks like the Nice storyline is reaching its apex, as more mayhem breaks out. We predict that Carter does not escape free and clear and instead suffers an injury, perhaps a lethal lead bullet doing him in.
As for Lily? She was already traumatized by the death of Damian, how will she hold up after being used as a pawn by a madman killer?

Things Go South in Nice

Eventually Amanda discovers what is taking place and FINALLY calls the police. Hopefully a real law enforcement team takes over this stomach-churning mess and restores order before anyone else is wounded or dies.

Let’s remember that actual business was on the table before all the mayhem broke out. How will this latest bruhaha affect Amanda’s Chancellor deal with Nikki? With all that is going on with Nick, she may feel that doing business with Cane’s lawyer and enabler is the last thing she wants to do.
