The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Adam Schemes with Chelsea, Couple Plots For A Way To Defeat Cane

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam Newman (Adam Grossman) will plot for a way to defeat Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and discover his true motives.

Since Cane’s return to Genoa City, his game plan has been a mystery. Sure, he is buying up real estate and wants to acquire Newman Enterprises, Jabot, and Chancellor Industries.

But other than that, why is he back?

That is the question Chelsea and Adam want to answer. They think if they can figure out his real game plan, they can figure out his next moves.

Adam Returns To GC & Updates Chelsea

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Adam will return to Genoa City from France. He will update Chelsea about his family being trapped in Nice and how mysterious Cane is acting. He will point out that Cane left France to Genoa City several times since his family has been trapped in France.

Chelsea will find Cane’s behavior strange. She’s still reeling by the news that Cane is Artistole Dumas. She cannot believe he bought so much GC property under his alias.
Adam must figure out Cane’s end game so he can stop him. Y&R spoilers state that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) wants to stay in Nice until he figures out a way to defeat or at least, neutralize Cane.

As you can imagine, Victor and Adam remain concerned about Newman Enterprises (and all the smaller companies) with Cane trying to plot to take over. They cannot allow that to happen. But as Victor pointed out, Cane is smart, and they must play his game to defeat him.

Chelsea & Adam Plot

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Chelsea doesn’t trust Cane. In addition to her distrust in Cane, she suspects newcomer Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) is working for Ashby. She tells Adam about the conversation she witnessed between Cane and Holden.

She may tell him about witnessing Cane giving Holden orders. After she confronted him about it, Holden denied it. He claimed he just met Cane and was being friendly. Of course, the Y&R viewers know that is not true.

Chelsea can recognize a con job. She feels in her bones that Cane is up to no good and urges Adam to come up with a plan to expose him. She doesn’t want anyone to lose their companies to him.
