The Young and The Restless Spoilers: Claire’s Crazy Is Making A Comeback–Here’s The Proof

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) could be headed down a dark path following her father, Cole Howard’s (J Eddie Peck) death.

After his sudden death on Thursday’s show, Claire was barely hanging on. She needed Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), but he was unreachable in Nice.

It would be understandable if Kyle’s only crime were Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) blocking his cell phone signal. However, the Y&R viewers know that is not the case. He is getting close to the vixen Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver).

This betrayal might be too much for Claire to handle. She likely won’t be able to forgive Kyle for betraying her in this way at a time when she needed him the most.

Cane Gets Proof Of Kyle’s Cheating?

Let’s assume Audra is working on an assignment from Cane. He could have told her to seduce Kyle, offering a lucrative payment if she could make it happen. Audra knew it would be an easy feat.

All Cane would need to do is record the tryst and send the proof to Holden Novak (Nathan Owens). The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Holden has his orders to develop a bond with Claire. This is because Cane had told Audra to seduce Kyle and needed Holden to give Claire the evidence of the hookup.

Holden Supports Claire In Her Time Of Need

Holden becomes a sounding board for Claire. Y&R spoilers say that Kyle is unreachable, something that upsets Claire. Holden listens to Claire and offers a shoulder to cry on. The kindness of this stranger moves Claire, as she begins to trust him.

The longer Kyle remains out of contact, the harder it will be on Claire. She doesn’t want to be apart and needs his support to process her father’s sudden death. However, he remains in France under Audra’s spell. It’s a recipe for the perfect storm for Claire’s craziness to return full force.

Claire Goes Rogue?

At some point, Holden could provide Claire with undeniable proof of Kyle’s cheating. He could show her pictures or a video. He could even resort to sending her the evidence with a burner phone so he could remain a neutral party in her eyes.

When Claire learns of Kyle’s betrayal, all bets will be off. There’s no telling how she will react. This will be partly because she will disclose to Kyle immediately that she kissed Holden in a time of need. Kyle will forgive her instantly and reassure her that he understands why she would need that intimacy in that moment. Claire will realize he forgave her so quickly because he catastrophically betrayed her.

When Kyle’s betrayal comes to light, Claire will likely embrace her aunt’s craziness and make Kyle regret ever crossing her. In fact, Cane is betting on using Claire’s upcoming rage to destroy Kyle, while keeping his hands clean.
