General Hospital Spoilers: Dante’s Plan With Gio Comes To Light

General Hospital spoilers say that it looks like Dante and Gio are going to get close after all. At least, that’s what it looks like after Dante admitted to both Chase and Brook Lynn that he went too far in scolding the young boy who he now knows is his son.

Dante’s Plan With Gio Comes To Light

During the most recent episode of General Hospital, Dante reached out to Gio through his interest in his music. However, he didn’t apologize.

While Dante did try to spend time with him by creating a family outing and using his interest, it felt so shallow, like he knows nothing about him but the music.

A lot of viewers would even agree that he only regrets it now that Gio is his son, he never cared to see him play before. I’m sure he could have, he just didn’t want to. Right?

Of course, General Hospital fans on the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter.

Some have even taken to social media to write comments such as, “It annoys me that Dante is going on and on with his unreasonable anger and unforgivable attitude at Brook Lynn and Chase.”

“Does he not get that BLQ was a sacred teen, who chose to have the baby rather than have an abortion, which she could have done. The way he’s reacting now is not necessarily the way he would have reacted as a 16 year old.”

What’s Next For Dante And Gio?

Another critic of the show wrote, “Dante should apologize and be truly honest and vulnerable with Gio so they can start getting to know each other as father and son instead of neighbors or whatever.”

“Gio has every right to be frustrated with Dante for his treatment of him during the alcohol poisoning thing but it seems he’s also blaming him for being his father despite never knowing BLQ had a kid.”

And then there was this comment as well: “Honestly an apology now would seem performative and insincere. Like now he thinks he was too hard on him bc he’s his son?”

“Gio should be telling Dante to kick rocks and come around when he’s ready. This insta family that this show does is insane to me.”

It goes without saying that General Hospital fans will simply have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next.
