After the weather storm passes, Cane has a trainload of GC residents to entertain and he’s up to the challenge. Even though they all know that he was the man behind Aristotle Dumas, there are still plenty of surprises to come.

Everyone now knows that Cane told Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) that he wants Chancellor. He could begin by telling Jack that he poses no threat to him, that in the

Abbott-Newman wars he is Team Abbott.

Cane may then pitch Jack that they work together to meet their business goals. And then there’s Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc). He no longer works for Victor, they had a bitter falling out, so Cane could expect him to fall into line behind him.

Will Michael rat out Victor? It’s more likely that he tries to protect Victor even though he’s been treated like a pariah.

Meanwhile, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) and Devon Winters (Bryton James) get into it! Persnickety Devon is mad that Amanda misled them for Cane’s beenfit. Is there a bigger agenda at play she hasn’t copped to?
