Meghan Markle Warned About Exploiting Children’s Images, Potential Future Repercussions

On January 1, Meghan Markle returned to Instagram with a short clip celebrating the New Year. And there’s a lot to celebrate for when you look back at it, because this year has seen her launch her lifestyle brand, As Ever, release her Netflix cooking show, ‘With Love, Meghan,’ and premiere her Lemonada Media podcast, ‘Confessions of A Female Founder.’

In addition to all these amazing milestones, she’s actively growing her Instagram account with a behind-the-scenes view to her life.

However, the appearance of her children Archie and Lilibet on the account is beginning to grow in number every passing day, and a royal expert warns that their features feel more like a marketing ploy than a proud mother sharing her children with the world.

At first, their faces were hidden behind cute little emojis – not weird, several celebrities choose this route to protect their children’s privacy – but these days, she seems to have gotten comfortable with sharing their faces in photos and videos.

According to an expert, Meghan Markle may be in for the shock of her life when Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet grow up.

Royal author Hugo Vickers told The Sun: “I just think there’s gonna be a terrible revenge when those children grow up. I mean, I don’t know about you but I would be very annoyed if I found that I’d been used in all these posts in a strange way by my parents.”

In addition to this, their lack of closeness to several members of their family may be another source of vexation for the Sussex kids when they grow up.

He said: “They will wake up to realise that they could have been the cousin to Prince George, a future king, and they could have been over here having a nice time, and with the other children, their cousins, they aren’t gonna know them.”

This is coming after news emerged that Prince Harry is keeping the royal door open in case his children want to return to the UK to become working royals one day.
