Following the huge media storm Meghan Markle wittingly or unwittingly stirred with a video of herself getting down low to the Baby Momma dance, the Sussexes sent six members of their communication team packing.

At present, Meghan Markle is navigating the ups and downs of being an Instagram influencer without a social media manager.

While there has been no official confirmation that the firing had anything to do with the controversies of the hospital clip, the timing worked to make many to come to the conclusion that both events are related.

According to the source, they continue to fail “to understand why things don’t change.” The source told The Sun: “Meghan and Harry always blame everyone else and never themselves. No one ever seems to be good enough for them and yet they fail to understand why things don’t change.”

After axing several members of their communication team, Harry and Meghan have chosen to employ the services of Method Communications – a PR company that claim to be “disruptors” who “challenge the status quo.”
