While there’s no doubt that she’s the current resident villain, there was some hope that the character would at least soon be redeemed.

But that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. Instead, the writers seemed to have inserted Luna into Steffy and Finn’s life as the villain in a storyline that will most likely be recycled time and time again.

As our readers can imagine, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter.

Some have even commented with, “Luna was only made to be Finn’s daughter for Sheila. Finn was sacrificed for Sheila once again. The writers didn’t care for a Finn-Luna bond, they only cared to create a bond between Sheila and Luna.”

Another fan wrote, “They never should have gone down this road with Luna to begin with. I was okay with her being a tertiary character, TBH. The focus on her feels completely unearned. Her motive for killing Tom Starr ended up being pretty pointless.”

What’s Next For Luna?

“If we had to go down the route of making her a villain, I would have rather her started off as a manipulative gold digger than jumping right to a murderer with daddy issues.”

And then there was this comment from a critic as well: “Wash, rinse, repeat.. yawn. I didn’t need her being redeemed but there was no point in making her Finn’s daughter if he doesn’t want to be her father. It doesn’t make sense to open the front door to a storyline only to lock every door down the hallway.”

“Now the only room available is the one without a door because it’s been kicked down sooo many times the owners decided it wasn’t worth fixing anymore. Why get invested when you can see what’s in the room without walking down the hall?”

It goes without saying that The Bold and the Beautiful fans will simply have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next.
