But with his brain tumor growing larger by the day, it’s not like Liam has many options right now. After all, he has two children that he still wants to live for.

Dr. Grace Buckingham knows that she’s taking a huge risk with Liam’s life, but it’s not like they have much time on their hands right now.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that the doctor is going to present Liam with a treatment and potential cure option that might change everything for him.

Of course, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about this potential storyline.

Is Liam Going To Die?

Some have even commented with, “Eric was saved at the last minute, Finn was saved by Li after being declared dead. So it’s no surprise that Liam will live, which for me negates all the characters crying over what turns out to be nothing.”

Another fan of the soap wrote, “Another dud of a storyline ending. Although, I’m glad SC will be staying. I’d have rather he return sometime down the road as a troublesome twin.”

And then there was this comment as well: “If Liam dies, then it’s a pretty brutal and sudden end for the character. And if he lives, then wth is B&B doing? Is there a mandatory one character teased demise sl required every year or something? Patience with B&B and this nonsense is being sorely tested.”
