Against all odds, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have celebrated their seventh wedding anniversary this May.

It might have been a low-key celebration for the Sussexes, but fans are convinced that they received some show of support from the Royal Family, most especially the senior royal ladies Princess Kate and Queen Camilla.

The Royal Family might not have shared a post to honor the occasion, but you know these days, royal fashion can send a message.

Fans React To This Queen Camilla Accessory That Once Belonged To Queen Elizabeth the II

This May saw Kate and Camilla revisit pieces that they donned for the 2018 union between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Arriving in Ottawa with King Charles on Tuesday for their historic official visit to Canada, the Queen chose her outfit to be the same pale pink coat-dress by Anna Valentine that she wore to the wedding.

She paired this relatively simple knee-length gown with polished cap-toe heels and a brown clutch purse. But it was the brooch she was wearing that got tongues wagging.

“Nice to see Camilla wearing the maple leaf brooch that was given to the late Queen Elizabeth II,” one fan noted on X.

A second said: “I love this wearing of the brooches!! Such an incredible touch amd honour to the Royal Family hosts, and it is beautiful!! Queen Camilla looks gorgeous!!”

While a third gushed over the Queen’s outfit, saying: “I love the Queen’s outfit, so glad she didn’t wear the usual red.”

In addition to the Queen wearing a piece she wore during the wedding, it is perhaps of interest to consider that the Princess of Wales had stepped out in a piece that fans would no doubt recognize from the wedding a few days earlier.

If you can recall, she wore a yellow hat by Philip Treacy for the Sussexes’ wedding. Well, during this year’s garden party, she opted to include the hat in her stunning ensemble.

So far, some fans and royal experts have chosen to see this as the Royal Family’s way of softening the rift that exists between them and the Sussexes. It is also worth noting that this is coming after Harry sat down for an interview with the BBC and openly acknowledged that he is looking forward to reconciling with his family.
