Of course, we are talking about Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) on General Hospital. As much as fans have grown accustomed to hating him, they also can’t keep their eyes away from him and especially when he’s on the canvas.
That’s because actor Cameron Mathison has been doing one heck of a job bringing out Drew’s “inner creep” in a way that we haven’t seen before in this fictional town of Port Charles. To put it bluntly, the man is despicable. And no one is complaining about it, either.
Needless to say, General Hospital fans had a lot to say about Drew and this matter on social media.
Some have even commented with, “Who isn’t looking forward to a riveting Drew scene every time you tune in to GH? I’m always hoping for some Drillow action.”
“I love the drama an odious villain such as Drew generates. It’s fun to be pissed when it’s not my real life. Otherwise, why watch it at all? It would be too insipid to enjoy.”
Another fan of the soap wrote, “I like CM and have never had a problem with him as an actor. He was great as Ryan on AMC. I just do not like that it is Drew he is playing, because of the personality shift, I wish they had brought him on as a new character.”
And then there was this comment as well: “I know this is a very subjective note, but honestly I’m tired of it. This cartoon villain level manipulation and the fact that Willow can’t see it just makes me despise the man to an exhausting amount, he reminds me too much of real life manipulative politicians.”
Of course, General Hospital fans will have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next.

I totally agree. I can’t stand Drew and Willow. Does Willow not have a mind of her own to see what he is doing. I can’t even stand to watch him in other programs. Him and Willow were so smug at the nurses ball
I did wath the nurses ball and absolutely loved the look on Drews face.when willey yelled out daddy and watched as willey ran to michael.
