The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Diane’s Dismay, Claire & Kyle’s Beef, Victor’s Warning Shot

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, May 23 tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) issues a caution to his lawyer and acolyte, Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc).

Michael resigns, just as he told his wife Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman) that he would. That confession came in the Wednesday, May 21 episode and Lauren was skeptical. As she should be–Victor doesn’t like the word no!

Being the suspicious type, Victor could think that Michael is turning on him, which is not true. Victor has a warning about not betraying him, and we don’t think that Michael would do that even if he had good reason to.

Longtime viewers will remember when Michael was a dirty snake who teamed with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) but he has changed. Or has he?

Michael Has Changed

Additional Y&R spoilers for Friday hint that Lauren is worried. After all, Michael quit Victor in the past but he went right back to the fire like a moth to the flame.

Meanwhile, Diane Abbott (Susan Walters) will also worry, but it’s about her son with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).

During the Thursday, May 22 epi Kyle laid it on thick with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), concerning his boo Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) chagrin.

Klaire in Trouble?

Claire knows that Kyle plans to trick Audra, and that’s nothing compared to what she did—try to assassinate her family.

Judgy Claire needs to understand that her family, including Victor, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) are all skilled schemers, and what Kyle is doing is no different.

Diane Has Legit Worries

Does Diane see Kyle reeling in Audra during the Friday, May 23 show? Or will he come clean to her about his deception? Or maybe Claire tells her what Kyle is up to? Either way, no mom wants her son knocking boots with Audra.

Diane’s concern is understandable given that Kyle and Audra had a steamy thing in the past that didn’t work out so well. Now that she has the Abbott mansion renovated, Diane can turn her attention back to making it up to Kyle for abandoning him when he was younger.
