General Hospital spoilers reveal that Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) may sing at the Nurses’ Ball. Of course, Lucky isn’t the only one that has ever made a romantic gesture at the ball and singing a song for Liz Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst).
Will Lucky sing a song for Liz that he has written for her? Perhaps Lucky may even propose to Liz now that they have reunited.

Personally I have no comment on the replacement of Michael Corinthos role, I was never into his role I thought he was a horrible Actor!! Maybe those words were to Strong, but his storylines were never interesting even when he married Willow!! I never liked them together either, as you can see it never worked out !! So who ever they pick to replace him it could be Mickey Mouse and I wouldn't care!!
