The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Amanda Makes a Splash, Sharon Catches Phyllis & Nick Getting Cozy

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, May 16 tease that Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) returns with a new agenda, while Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) spies Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) in a close moment.

Is Nick putting himself in dangerous territory by cozying up to one of his exes while another ex watches? Definitely maybe!

Nick Treads Dangerously

We predict that when Sharon goes to the park, she is surprised to see Nick consoling Phyllis. Ruh roh!

Phyllis and Sharon became bosom buddies after their kidnap ordeal. But Nick has always been a sticking point between the two women and seeing this intimate scene may set Sharon off.

Sharon has more compunction than Phyllis however, so it’s likely she doesn’t make a scene. Sharon is better equipped to navigate their trauma while Phyllis is spinning out of control. As a mental health professional/barista, Sharon sees this.

But that doesn’t mean she’s on board with the bonding—we smell tension ahead for these three in GC!

Sally Worries About Billy

Elsewhere, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) worries about Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) giving in to his dark side. She quit her Marchetti job to come over to Abbott Communications and she’s not happy about the possibility of the business going down the drain.

Sally gets that Billy wants to strike back at Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) but she also knows that Billy has a penchant for becoming obsessed with vengeance.

Will Billy Flame Out?

Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will make the war even worse if he does Victor’s bidding and carries out a smear campaign against Billy Boy.

Sally tries to keep Billy focused but we predict that Billy’s impulsivity gets the better of him.

Amanda Sinclair is Back!

Meanwhile, Amanda makes her presence known at Society. What is she doing back in town? We’re speculating here, but the smart money has it that Amanda is mysterious Aristotle Dumas’ lawyer.

This could pit her against Devon Winters (Bryton James), Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) since Dumas is making waves all over town.
