General Hospital Spoilers: Liz and Lucas Investigate What Brad Was Blackmailing Portia With

General Hospital spoilers indicate that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Dr. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) were looking into what Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) was blackmailing Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) with after Brad confessed to Lucas that he was doing so to him in Miami.

While their investigation was short, now that Brad has left Port Charles, Liz and Lucas have discussed and are still curious as to what exactly Brad was holding over Portia. Even with Brad gone, they could still look into this.

Elizabeth Baldwin Tries To Get Portia Robinson To Open Up To Her Again

Elizabeth tried to get Portia to open up to her before, but Portia wouldn’t divulge anything. Now that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is continuing to blackmail her, Portia may need someone to confide in. Elizabeth is a good shoulder to lean on, and could give Portia some guidance. Elizabeth could overhear Drew threatening Portia and realize that Brad might have given Drew the information to hold over Portia.

Lucas Jones and Elizabeth Baldwin Compare Notes

Lucas and Liz could compare notes again, and figure out that whatever Brad was holding over Portia, could be what Drew is now holding over her head.

Liz would wonder what could ruin Portia and be so awful. Lucas would remember that Brad said that Portia could get into a lot of trouble if what he found out is revealed.

Liz wonders if Portia did something at the hospital that could cost her job, and Brad somehow found out about it. Lucas would guess that is probably it, and they would have to do some further investigation.

Lucas Jones and Elizabeth Baldwin Put Their Heads Together Again

Lucas and Liz would realize that Brad found out about whatever Portia wanted to hide because it was something lab related. Brad found out something in his work that he could use against Portia.

Lucas would say that Portia must have switched test results, and Brad found out about it. Elizabeth would tell Lucas that Portia would never do anything like that, but Lucas would think that it is the only possibility that makes sense.

Ava Jerome Slips And Tells Lucas Jones What He Needs To Know

Lucas could casually mention to his aunt, Ava Jerome (Maura West) that he thinks that Brad was holding something over Portia. Ava would be evasive at first, and Lucas would be clever and get Ava to admit that Portia switched lab results.

Ava would then tell him the truth once that part is divulged- that Portia doctored Heather Webber’s (last played by Alley Mills) test results in order to keep her locked up, and away from her daughter, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).

It would hit Lucas that it all makes sense. Now he has to decide whether to tell Liz what he found out.
