For Sister Wives years, fans have kept up with all the antics that Kody Brown can come up with and the comings and goings of his four wives – one legal, three spiritual – and his kids, but this may end with the latest season of the show.

If you were Kody, I’m sure you’d be thinking of ways to extend that sweet deal, which beautifully brings in tens of thousands of dollars for just one episode. So it’s no wonder fans are thinking Kody’s latest move is to convince TLC to give them one more spin.

Kody and Robyn Brown Buy $2 Million Mansion After Selling Coyote Pass

For years, the Browns treated the Coyote Pass property like the promised land, so much so that it led to legal issues that forced Meri and Janelle to involve their lawyers.

It was originally Kody’s dream for the family to build one big house on the property when they moved to Flagstaff, but now that three of his wives have left the relationship, they more or less had no choice but to sell.

Per reports, the Coyote Pass was sold for $1.5 million, with a gain of $680,000. The money was split between Kody, Robyn, Janelle and Meri Brown. Christine had previously sold her share of the land for $10 to Kody and co, so she didn’t partake in its spoils.

Fans React To Kody and Robyn Splurging On New House

Kody and Robyn apparently used their own share of the money to buy $2.1 million Flagstaff home, which comes with a 7-car garage and six bedrooms.

The couple reportedly made a $420,000 down payment for the 7,884-square-foot home and loaned $1,680,000 for the remaining balance.

Think it’s a splurge? Fans think it’s an investment to secure one more season of their long-running reality TV show.

“I agree. They probably have a contract to continue a couple more seasons. And I saw I think in this sub that they make like $40k per episode. However they’re both the types that like to spend a lot of money and never make any good financial decisions. So I can see them running dry,” a fan wrote, but then this turned a bit dark because they added: I’m also hoping we have a fraud situation. Like tax fraud or something and Kody gets put in the clink.”

Another blasted: “I don’t know guys. These idiots aren’t that savvy. Remember the Flagstaff relocation and the ridiculous investments in the past. I don’t think they actually care about repaying debt and just another way to get out of one thing into another whether there’s any logic in it.”
