The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest there could be trouble on the horizon where Teriah is concerned. Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) is hiding a secret from her wife, Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks); however, she has yet to reveal what she did during her business trip that has her guilt eating away at her.

All signs seem to be pointing to the idea that Mariah cheated on Tessa, so could this second infidelity trigger the end of their marriage and happy family?

Mariah Copeland’s Odd Behavior

The Young and the Restless spoilers imply that Mariah’s been acting odd ever since she came back from a business trip. Tessa immediately felt as if something was off, but Mariah tried to fluff it off.

As the days progressed, fans saw Mariah confess to something “terrible” she did while away on business to her mom, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case). While Mariah didn’t tell Sharon what she did, she made it clear that Tessa could never find out.

Mariah told Sharon that while she was at her hotel, the recent events of Ian Ward’s (Ray Wise) return ate away at her.

In fact, she began to drink in her hotel room when she thought about all the terrible things he did when he came back to GC: from murdering Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) to causing her mom so much pain via tampering with her meds.

This caused Mariah to further spiral, especially when she thought about all the trauma she endured while Ian raised her. She questioned if she was a good person or could be a good person through all that.

Did Mariah Cheat On Tessa … Again?

Mariah is horrified at her behavior during her time away. Did she cheat on her wife? If so, this wouldn’t be Mariah’s first time visiting the infidelity rodeo.

In 2020, Mariah cheated on Tessa before they got married. This was when Tessa was on tour with her ex-hubby, Tanner Watts (Chase Coleman). Mariah believed there was some funny business between Tessa and Tanner.

She began talking to Society bartender Lindsay (Kirby Bliss Blanton). The two became friends and eventually gave in to temptation one night.

While Mariah cheated on Tessa with another woman back then, could this time around be with a man? Mariah once dated men before she got involved with Tessa, so could Mariah be so freaked out because her infidelity involved a male this time around?
