Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will play cupid when it comes to his brother Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) in the ‘days’ ahead. Still, is this for all the not-so-right reasons?

EJ DiMera Has Changed … Or Has He?

Days of Our Lives spoilers remind fans that EJ purchased a night out with Cat during the recent ‘bachelor/bachelor’ hospital fundraiser.

While he spent a pretty penny for an opportunity to go out with Cat, all arrows are pointing to the idea that he’ll hand over the date night to his brother Chad.

Chad ran that terrible piece on EJ in the Spectator prior to his brother getting shot, and while EJ was upset, it is all water under the bridge. After all, Chad was the one who discovered EJ after his shooting, rushed him to the hospital, and in many ways, saved his brother’s life.

EJ has seemingly turned a new leaf in life since landing in a coma after getting shot, so he could very well want to do something nice for Chad by giving him this date.

EJ knows how much his brother has struggled since Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) passed away, and he may want to see him enjoy his life with someone special.

EJ’s Devious Motive

Days spoilers note that EJ will solicit Rita Lesley (Maggie Carney) to organize something for a ‘special mission’. Could Rita help prepare a romantic date for Cat and Chad, as per EJ’s instructions?

Both Cat and Chad will be touched by the gesture; however, what if this is simply a façade on EJ’s part to further drive home the idea that he has changed? EJ knows that despite the past, his younger brother has a soft spot in his heart for him and always wants to believe the best in EJ. If he can sway Chad, he can sway others, too.
