Welcome Back, Abe Carver!

Days of Our Lives spoilers note that Abe Carver will return to the canvas during the week of May 5-9, as James Reynolds reprises the role. It’s been a hot minute since fans have seen Abe onscreen.

In fact, he sort of disappeared from storylines when Body and Soul wrapped up. During the Thursday, May 8 episode, DOOL viewers can expect to see Abe in scenes with his stepdaughter, Chanel DiMera (Raven Bowens), as he consoles her over her recent adoption heartbreak.

Dr. Jeffrey Russell’s Storyline Continues

In other news, Dr. Jeffrey Russell will appear on canvas, as actor Michael Dietz continues his run with the soap. In fact, as per this coming week’s Days preview, Russell will have scenes with EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) as the recently shot, former town district attorney, aims to become the hospital’s new bank roller.

In addition, Russell is still locked into the Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) return storyline, as the one behind the experimental drug that could save the comatose patient.

It looks like Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Shawn-Douglas Brady (Brandon Beemer), along with Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) are hoping to steal a dose – or ten – of the meds, so it’ll be interesting to see if they are successful and what happens next.

Felicity Greene will be seen onscreen again during the week of May 5-9, as young actress Kennedy Garcia continues her Days of Our Lives run. The girl has tried to play matchmaker for her sister, Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord), and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) recently, and it looks like her efforts have not gone to waste.

Cat and Chad will head out on a date this week, but will sparks fly?
