The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Adam’s Dirty Work, Daniel’s Odd Hobby, Allison Lanier’s Last Scenes

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, May 2 tease that this is the last time fans will see the beautiful and talented Allison Lanier as Summer Newman in GC. In case you haven’t heard, Lanier announced her last air date in a shock news blast this week. Say it isn’t so!

What is Summer up to on Friday? She goes to the re-done Abbott mansion to talk with her baby daddy Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).

What Happens to Skyle?

Will Kyle tell Summer that and Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) are moving in together? Yep. Will Summer go berserk? Let’s just say that she is worried about how Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) will be affected.

Smooth talking Kyle has an answer for that. We shall see. For now, Harrison Summer, Kyle, and Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) play nice on what is Allison Lanier’s final episode.

Victor Pushes Adam

Meanwhile, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) plays on Adam Newman’s worst impulses. Victor pressures his black sheep son to play dirty and we don’t see what the problem is, since this is Adam’s forte. Look out Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson)!
Speaking of Adam, his boo Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) makes a decision about Adam’s offer to join him at Newman Media.

And speaking of career game changers, poor Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) can’t right herself after being fired from Abbott Communications.

Phyllis’ Latest Downturn

Phyllis is experiencing PTSD and her actions speak to that. Instead of obsessing about Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) and his life, she needs help to focus on her own trajectory.

Someone needs to step in—Y&R fans, tell us who you think her savior will be—Nick, Adam, Victor?

At the same time, Daniel has a saviour—bronde Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks). She is teaching him guitar which will save his life as he knows it. Daniel has a rock star dad who he never taught him Music 101?

Phyllis Obsesses on Daniel

Phyllis wants to be the one who helps Daniel so she may have problems with Tessa. Or rather, Tessa may have problems with Phyllis.

Either way Phyllis should be inspired by Daniel and try to find a mission for living—nothing in life is too small, and it’s never too late.
