However, there seems to be more emphasis on other storylines like Sasha’s pregnancy, Carly throwing a dagger at Willow’s back and the possibility of Michael returning to Port Charles.

Some even believe that this storyline is building up to something that might suggest Sonny is about to take his last breath but just quietly, of course.

It’s also been said that actor Maurice Benard is phoning in his lines lately, suggesting to a lot of fans that he might be looking to throw in the towel soon. After all, he has been playing the character of Sonny Corinthos for well over four decades now. Is it really time to go?
