Donald Trump Is Not Happy With Putin As Bombs Keep Falling

Donald Trump has been accused in the past of pandering to Russian President Putin. However, he’s not happy with Russia and now he’s angry about the bombs that keep falling amid efforts to achieve some sort of peace with Ukraine. 

The Bombing Amid Peace Efforts

Following a recent Russian assault on Kyiv, the Ukrainian capital, involving missile and drone strikes that caused harm to civilians, Trump talked about his dissatisfaction with President Putin. The President of the USA mentioned his unhappiness on social media and also during an April 25 appearance on Fox News.

In response to questions about his reaction, which was that he wanted Putin to stop with the bombing, Donald Trump seemed direct and irritated. He said, “Last night I was not happy.” He added, “We are in the midst of talking peace.” Then he reiterated, “I was not happy.” 

Sanctioning Russia Is Off The Table?

Trump wasn’t ranting, but it was obvious that he wasn’t a happy man at all. Asked if he would consider additional sanctions on Russia, he didn’t rule it out. However, he also wouldn’t commit to it yet. He replied, saying:

I would rather answer that question in a week. There is no reason to answer it now. I won’t be happy, let me put it that way. Things will happen.

No Chance Of Peace?

Across the world, people seem to despair that peace will ever happen. A lot of people will agree with Donald Trump, who mentioned that the strike was “unnecessary” and “poorly timed.”

It seems as if all the efforts for a peaceful resolution went out the window. So, the former reality TV star called for Putin to “STOP!” Actually, the anger seems notable as historically, Trump asserted that he believed Russia was seeking a peaceful resolution. 

Reactions Poured In

World peace seems fragile, and a lot of people seem upset. One of them said in the comments, “Tell them all to stop!” and others recalled that ahead of the elections, it was suggested the incoming president would stop the war very quickly.

• He can’t tell Vladimir to stop to his face, but he can post it on social media. Also, this is the hundredth “peace agreement” Vladimir has violated. At what point does the “strongman” step in?? Vladimir is doing whatever he wants freely.
• Putin doesn’t give two cents about Trump.
• I thought that Donald wouldn’t be played like Biden, that he would end this, that Putin would respect him!
• Its flabbergasting that everyone wants to blame trump for trying to end wars, but we don’t see ANYONE else trying to do anything to help bring peace.
