The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, April 21 reveal that Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) has a unique request, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) jumps in at Abbott Communications, and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) follows up on Amy Lewis’ (Valarie Pettiford) medical condition after her cancer treatment in Chicago.

Nate Has News

Nate talks to Amy about what he’s learned. Amy went for a cutting edge treatment with the hopes it would extend the time she has with her son Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers).

Fans are pulling for Amy to make it a little bit longer. She is a sweet person who tried to do the right thing after decades of lies. Because of her now Nate knows he has a brother and Damian knows who his bio dad was.

This is a feel good story, one that soaps don’t often do and we’re here for it!

Phyllis’s Reckoning

Phyllis has been through a lot and she is ready to escape into her work at her new job at Abbott Communications. She has come through a scary kidnapping and now needs something to anchor her as she adjusts to a new normal.

Phyllis lets Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) know she is ready to plunge back into the business world and he is lucky to have such an enthusiastic partner. Any concerns he could have over her need to process the recent trauma are shooed away by Phyllis.

Phyllis listens to Billy’s update on Aristotle Dumas, the mystery man who has captivated half of GC.

Phyllis Needs to Stay Busy

Meanwhile, at Crimson Lights Daniel relaxes after a frantic few months. Look for perky mom Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) to join Daniel. Their convo stirs up a light bulb moment for Daniel and he asks something unexpected of her.

Tessa and Daniel’s quirky friendship is warm and endearing and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for them.
