That’s because there’s a very good chance that she might end up picking Ridge over Nick, even though Ridge has made it pretty clear that she has been and will always be his second choice in his life.

Even though Nick has returned to this fictional town of Los Angeles, there wasn’t enough of a spark between them for Brooke to completely forget about Ridge. It’s almost as if she is obsessed with getting him back no matter how bad it makes her look in front of everyone else.

Then again, if there’s anything that we’ve learned about Brooke over the years, it’s that nothing and no one will ever change her mind, especially when it comes to the things that she wants in her life. And right now all she wants is Ridge.

As you can imagine, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter. Some B&B fans have even commented with, “The way Ridge climbed right back into bed with Taylor days after splitting with Brooke was just sleazy.”

“That shows how much love he felt for Brooke. It’s not like he woke up with regrets afterward, so it wasn’t a rebound hook-up.”

Another fan wrote, “Maybe they can write him to fall at the altar of Steffy since Bell only has two men that want his princess. Seriously though, I love Nick. A bad story with Nick is better than any story with musty old Ridge.”

And then there was this comment as well: “The writers seem to have convenient amnesia in a lot of cases. It doesn’t make sense that Ridge would treat Hope so appallingly when he helped raise her.”

“I get there is a difference between blood offspring and adopted offspring and there may be preferences but, calling Hope a slut was such a departure.”
