General Hospital speculation strongly suggests that Gio might not be Brook Lynn and Dante’s baby after all. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
It’s been suggested that even after all the trouble that Lois has gone through to keep Gio close by and with the family, he might not even be a part of the family to begin with.
That’s because there’s a chance that he might have been switched at birth and is not even Brook Lynn’s baby. Talk about a plot twist!
The internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter. Some fans even commented with, “If Chase’s sterility is because of an illness or something, I would love for this kid to be his. it’s the only switched adoption situation that would make me glad to have another switched situation.”
“The PC folks get so angry when someone doesn’t tell you their family tree- Marco/Natalia- what are they going to do to Lois???”
Another fan wrote, “The twist would be that Brook Lynn has been lying all this time on who the father is. That she had sex with a random guy at camp maybe to make Dante jealous and ended up pregnant. Goes home and lies about who the father is.”
“Or what if the supposed secret between Dante & Cody is that it was Cody who had sex with Brooklyn pretending to be Dante. The actor who plays Gio looks more like the actor who plays Cody.”
And then there was this comment as well: “That’s the vibe I’m getting. What if it comes out that Lulu had Gio but doesn’t remember – could happen, it’s GH.”
“Maybe decided to copy Erica’s unabortion and have Gio be the child Lulu aborted from Dylan that some crazy doctor stole for some reason and he ended up in Bensonhurst. lol I am not necessarily for the idea but I would love to just see people’s heads explode kvetching about it.”
