Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, April 21, 2025, are here! In the next episode, fans can expect Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) to come back to Salem to visit EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel).

Belle Black (Martha Madison) makes a promise to Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier).

Belle Black’s Promise

In the next episode, fans can expect Belle to make a pact with Philip. After Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) told Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) the truth about the scheme, the reformed villain demanded answers.

Philip said that the deception was just him and Vivian, and no one else knew. Philip covering for Sarah basically saved her marriage to Xander — but only if he doesn’t learn the truth some other way.

Back to Belle, she agrees to a pact with Philip. So, they likely try to keep a lid on everyone else who knew about the deception.

Xander Cook Kiriakis’ Double Confrontation

Speaking of Xander, he ends up grilling Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson). Xander probably remembers that Stephanie and Philip were keeping a secret recently.

However, Xander assumed they were having an affiar, not that Stephanie was in on the scheme. So, when Xander demands the truth, Stephanie might have some serious explaining to do.

Susan Banks Returns

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Susan comes back to Salem. The psychic will rush to the hospital to be by her son’s side.

EJ won’t be able to tell his mother anything about the shooting. However, I wonder if Susan ends up having a vision while in EJ’s hospital room. While Susan’s visions tend to alwasy be mixed-up, the basic idea is usually on target.

Of course, it’s always possible that Susan heads in the wrong direction and ends up making the investigation a whole lot worse!

Fans will also get to see more scenes featuring Rex again.  The good doctor previously reunited with his mother. However, this time the encounter is a bit more tense.

Apparently, Kate gets pretty livid with something Rex does or says. Could this have something to do with Xander and Philip’s forgery storyline? Sarah was a big part of that secret, and she has a history with Rex. He never really got over Sarah, so stay tuned for the fireworks!
