The Young And The Restless Spoilers Friday, April 18: Lily’s Scared, Michael’s Loyalty Test, Diane Can’t Resist

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, April 18 reveal that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) talks to Amy Lewis (Valarie Pettiford) about a sensitive topic, and Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) manages to make Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) feel uncomfortable.

Over with Lily, she has the nerve to talk to Amy about the woman’s once estranged son, Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers). Thus far Lily’s brother Devon Winters (Bryton James) and others have had a hard time accepting Damian.

Damian is Sweet on Lily

That’s because Damian came with a big set of baggage and has a way to go before trust is earned. Damian is sweet on Lily and she knows it.

At the same time she wants the family business, and her cousin Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), to be able to get through the drama with Damian.

Fans know that this week Lily straight up asked Damian for help uncovering Aristotle Dumas’ GC agenda.

Damian Wants to Prove Himself

Damian agreed, which is proof of his feelings for Lily. Aristotle is Damian’s boss and this scheme could cost him everything. Is Lily concerned about Damian resenting her if he is caught out and fired?

She may discuss this fear with Amy, who offers fairness and wisdom.

Meanwhile, at the GCAC Diane could risk her husband Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) disapproval.

Jack and Diane In The Weeds

Jack told Diane about Michael helping Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) spy at Jabot. She is not supposed to say anything, but when she spies Michael she makes a beeline for him. Is Diane foolish enough to tell Michael about what Jack and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) have discovered?

We predict that Diane tells more than she should, and as a result Michael must decide where his loyalty lays.

Will Michael Sell Out Diane?

Michael loves Victor like a father but he is friends with Jack and Diane. Is Diane sneaky enough to test Michael’s loyalty or did she just get carried away?

What we can tell you is that Victor is confident about his plan against Jabot, as well as his plot to break Kyle and Claire Newman (Hayley Erin).

Will Michael’s intel cause Victor to keep him or others out of the mix in the future? Definitely maybe, and Victor’s latest move is fire!
