The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers Fri, April 18: Kelly’s Heart-Wrenching Wish, Liam’s Dance Mission

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Friday, April 18, 2025, are finally here! In tomorrow’s episode, Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras) wishes Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) could take her to the daddy/daughter dance.

Kelly Spencer’s Dance

In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect Kelly to be looking forward to the father/daughter dance. The little girl is counting on Liam to take her to that event. Kelly even gushed about it to John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). 

Even though Liam is hospitalized with a brain bleed, he doesn’t want anyone knowing what’s going on.

This includes his daughter with Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Steffy hasn’t told Kelly that her dad is in the hospital. It’s not clear what the little girl thinks, but her whole focus right now is on that dance.

Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s Devastation

Kelly will tell Steffy that the only thing she wants in the whole wide world is her dad to take her to the dance. Of course, Stefffy knows that’s not possible.

Steffy might try to comfort and assure her daughter, but it will still break her heart. This might be the time to tell Kelly that her dad is hospitalized and really can’t make it to a dance.

Liam Spencer Determined

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Liam has all the time in the world to just think. Liam has been thinking about how he wants a second chance to be a better husband and father.

Liam won’t be able to get Kelly’s dance off of his mind. Despite the risks, Liam doesn’t want to let his little girl down and knows how much this dance means to her.

Grace Buckingham & Bridget Forrester’s Warnings

In Thursday’s episode, Liam kept asking how much longer he had to be in the hospital. Liam is anxious to get back to his life. As the days pass, he’s getting more restless. With Kelly’s dance just around the corner, Liam tries to get out of his hospital bed. 

Grace and Bridget try to stop Liam, but what will be the outcome? Will LIam leave and risk his life to take Kelly to a dance? If that happens, will it be Kelly’s favorite memory or a traumatic experience?
