General Hospital spoilers and updates for Wednesday, April 16 tease something’s part of his plan, hidden motives, and probing questions.

Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) says it’s all part of his plan, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) appears to have hidden motives, and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) asks probing questions.

Part Of His Plan

At Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) home, Lucky sits next to her on the couch, reassuring her that everything happening is part of his grand plan.

He expresses his commitment to support her until she fully recovers from the terrible accident that injured her leg. Lucky appears to have everything figured out, and with the help of Aiden Spencer (Colin Cassidy) and possibly Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) stepping in, they will ensure she gets through this tough time.

 Meanwhile, Amy Driscoll (Risa Dorken) was trying her best to be a great nurse for Elizabeth, likely motivated by the fact that Elizabeth is her supervisor at GH. However, her efforts have been a bit overwhelming for everyone, so it’s likely she will be informed that her assistance is no longer required at her boss’s residence.

It’s Not Working

It appears that Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) is either at the courthouse or possibly at the PCPD in the commissioner’s office, where she is expressing her frustrations to Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).

She confides in a worried Anna that she can no longer ignore the issues at hand. It almost seems like she’s justifying her decision to resign as Deputy Mayor, but could Anna be aware of her intentions? Jordan is involved in an undercover mission aimed at revealing Sidwell’s true nature, and maintaining her role as Deputy Mayor would hinder her credibility.

They cannot allow Sidwell and his associates to seize control of Port Charles, especially with their interest in Pier 55 being such a striking coincidence!

Hidden Motives

Meanwhile, Sidwell is making his move on Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), and although she should be wary of his questionable intentions, she finds herself intrigued! He seems to be flirting with her, enthusiastically pointing out their many shared interests.

Sidwell might be aware of Tracy’s past relationships, including her marriages to several notorious figures—indeed, every one of her husbands had a questionable reputation!

 Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) was likely the most reputable among them, yet he too had his secrets. What exactly is Sidwell’s ulterior motive, and will Tracy be able to fend off his advances?

Shocking News

In her and Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) law  office, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) were engaged in conversation) when their new hire entered.

Sonny quickly recognized Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) as Sidwell’s son and mentioned it in front of Diane.

Diane was taken aback and insisted that she would fire Marco right away, but Sonny proposed a different approach. He is possibly suggesting that Marco might be valuable in uncovering what Sidwell has been involved in, particularly concerning the fire at his penthouse.

Probing Questions

At the same time, Jason is posing some important questions to an individual, engaging in an interrogation.

It’s possible that Marco is the person he’s investigating, or perhaps he’s questioning Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) about his latest plot. Jason is not at the Corinthos Coffee warehouse, nor is he at Bobbie’s while he conducts this inquiry.

The wooden blinds visible behind him suggest a different setting. It appears that he is acting on Sonny’s orders, attempting to extract information from someone.
