General Hospital spoilers say that fans are absolutely tired of the fact that Jason Morgan somehow can’t function in his life without Sonny. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
For those who have been paying attention to the latest episodes, Jason seems to be turning into someone that a lot of people are unhappy with.
Just when the character started to show some promise and growth, the writers doubled down on him being Sonny’s boy again. Some people don’t understand why Steve Morgan even returned for this.
As you can imagine, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter.
Some have even commented with, “After Michael was set on fire, Jason seemed serious about telling Sonny they had to get out of the mob and he was so concerned about Danny’s safety. He also felt so guilty about what happened to Michael.”
“How fast that disappeared and he is back to being Sonny’s stooge and actually saying he would kill Jack if he hurts Carly.”
Another critic wrote, “Jason needs to be involved with a woman, flirting, day dreaming about her and starting a relationship. It doesn’t even have to be serious. Just something to balance all the mob stuff and going around the world on rescue missions when he should be focused and present for Danny.”
And then there was this comment as well: “I agree I am beyond tired of Jason being Sonny’s lackey. Yeah I guess this is what they were for many many years but why can we not have growth and change? Why is that such an unreasonable thing to ask for? Change is where things can get interesting–because everything is not so darn predictable. But they cling to the same old and tired dynamics.”

That's ludicrous!! Jason can get by just fine without Sonny or anybody else! And what's with people begging for him to change? All I've heard the last few months is a bunch of whining because others HAVE changed.
Whoever said he needs to be flirting and daydreaming about a woman is out of their mind! Yes, he needs a love interest, but he has never been one to sit around acting likeep a love sick fool. I, for one, wouldn't ever want to see our "Stone Cold" like that!
