No, it’s not exactly what you might be thinking. Or it might be. General Hospital spoilers strongly speculate that Sonny and Laura might be getting close in the coming weeks and we’re not just talking about their ‘best friend’ status. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
It’s being suggested that Laura and Sonny might hook up in the near future. After all, they’ve turned out to be the best of friends in this fictional town of Port Charles.
But then again, it might also have to do with conflict and political storyline reasons. But because Laura is the mayor, a lot of people think that her relationship with a mob boss is just plain wrong. Either way, a lot of people think this friendship and storyline are both going in the wrong direction.
As our loyal readers can imagine, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter.
Some have even commented with, “Friends or no friends, Laura, like Luke, knew when to cut their losses where Sonny was concerned. However, because I guess they’re family now thanks to Rocco, it seems Laura is just too nice and loyal to family to do the right thing anymore.”
“Things are different now though. Or at least they SHOULD be, with Laura being the mayor.”
Another fan of the show wrote, “It’s nothing new. The Spencer clan has been close with Sonny since the 90s when Sonny was working with them to get out from under Frank Smith’s thumb. He was closer to Luke back then, but had relationships with the whole family.”
