Of course, we are talking about Liam Spencer as it seems like he’s going to be in the hospital for a very long time. 

The only person who knows about his condition right now just happens to be Steffy Forrester as she is the only person who is aware of the nasty fight that Liam had with his father Bill Spencer before he landed in the hospital.

But, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that things have gotten so bad for Liam that he doesn’t want anyone to worry about him or what might happen in his future. That’s why he’s begging Steffy to keep things a secret between them.

Sure, Hope Logan has every right to know what’s going on with Liam, seeing how he is also the father of her child, but Steffy hasn’t looped her on anything, either. 

When Hope does find out the truth there’s no doubt that she’s going to be incredibly upset that she was kept in the dark this entire time. She’s most likely going to blame Steffy for everything as well.

But then again if there’s anything that we’ve learned about life in this fictional town of Los Angeles, it’s that no secret stays hidden for too long. Liam is sooner or later going to have to tell his loved ones the truth, especially if his condition is going to worsen.
