Days of Our Lives spoilers for Friday, April 11, 2025, are here! In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) to come back to stake her claim.

Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) confides in Roman Brady (Josh Taylor). Plus, Chanel Dupree-DiMera (Raven Bowens) makes a confession.

Rex Brady’s Confidante

In tomorrow’s episode, expect to see Rex reconnect with Roman. Fans watched as Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) was surprised to see Rex at her door. After embracing, they got caught up, including on how Rex got that broken arm. At first, Kate assumed that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) had something to do with Rex’s injury. However, the doctor assured his mother that wasn’t the case at all.

In the next episode, Rex opens up to Roman about his concerns.

Sarah Horton Kiriakis’ Overwhelming Guilt

Next up is Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey), who is still lying and keeping secrets from her husband. While this started off with good intentions, Sarah’s secrets and lies have gone too far. Sarah even had the nerve to ask Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) to jeopardize her romance with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson). Stephanie refused, but now Alex is keeping the secret as well.

Alex blew up at Sarah, which will only intensify her guilt. Perhaps it’s time for her to just tell the truth before this gets any worse.

Sami Brady Explains

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) is back in Salem. Belle Black (Martha Madison) assumed Sami was back for EJ. However, Sami explained that Kate told Johnny his conception story.

So, when Sami and Johnny meet up, will he understand her reasons? It’s a lot to explain and a lot for Johnny to forgive.

Fans will also see Chanel make some kind of admission to Paulina Price (Jackee Harry). Chanel blasted EJ right before he got shot. It doesn’t mean she went back to kill him, but maybe Chanel’s confession has something to do with that.

Vivian will also come back to town. In a preview clip, Vivian tells Philip and Kate that she’s not leaving till she gets what she came for. It sounds like a whole lot of trouble and drama, so stay tuned!
