It looks like someone might have not done their research here. The Bold and the Beautiful news says that the writing team made a huge mistake during one of the latest episodes.

Apparently, it was so obvious that a lot of viewers are scratching their heads and wondering why no one did their research to make the scene look more realistic.

Of course, we are talking about how Liam Spencer was given CPR at the hospital. He was in bed, yet anyone who performs CPR knows that the patient needs to be on a flat surface to get a good heartbeat rhythm flowing. However, Liam was in bed.

Not only that, but there was only one doctor in the room and two nurses on standby. Another doctor should have been on the scene in case the first doctor needed assistance. In this case, Liam should have flatlined on the table and ended up dead.

Of course, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about what had happened. Many of them commented with, “It’s a miracle Liam got a hospital room set at all.”

“Steffy had to recover on her LIVING ROOM COUCH after being locked in a cage for days without food or water. Even prime time shows try to wing it without medical consultants these days.”

Another fan wrote, “My mother used to work in the medical field. We were watching last Friday’s episode this past weekend and she kept complaining about how the doctors on the show were doing everything wrong.”

And then there was this comment as well: “The CPR done here was laughably bad and just terrible. Letting Steffy stay in the room and yell like a loony tune was just awful too. In a RL situation they would have eject her as soon as things were going bad and told her to be quiet. Just awful.”

“He also wouldn’t be left in the normal ER once he did that, he woulda been up to ICU as soon as he was stable.”
