The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Taylor’s Confidence Keeps Ridge – Brooke Currently Powerless

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) recaptured Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) because she hasn’t been needy. Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) misread the situation and was overconfident.

Ridge rejected Brooke’s assumed conclusion. Her belief in so-called destiny didn’t work this time. Plus, her downward assessment of Taylor was an implied insult to Ridge’s intelligence and the current state of his heart.

If Taylor remains steady and doesn’t engage with Brooke, she should maintain a revived relationship with Ridge. With time, Taylor should also achieve remarriage to him.

Brooke Logan Is Out Of Luck

Brooke banked on Ridge’s loyalty. But she also believed that Taylor would revert to form.

However, Taylor is not who she once was back in the day. Instead, the life-altering event she endured when returning to Los Angeles, California, impacted how she approached Ridge.

After believing that she had congestive heart failure, Taylor was resigned to a fated outlook. Thankfully, Ridge convinced her to see Dr. Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech), and an exact diagnosis was obtained.

Ridge Forrester Renewed Bond Months Ago

Taylor’s broken heart syndrome is something Ridge took responsibility for. His outlook was altered when realizing that Taylor’s health issues were connected to how he’s treated her.

Ridge’s pursuit of a healer proved to be important. Taylor was aided, and Ridge’s latent emotions were tapped. The bond they achieved during those sessions has proven to be lasting.

Meanwhile, Brooke appeared to capitalize on Carter Walton’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) hostile takeover. Brooke did not tell Ridge the details of her plan before announcing on social media that she’d accepted Carter’s offer to return to the CEO position Lang’s character once occupied.

Ridge couldn’t get past Brooke’s choice and support of Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), who was seen as the opposing force influencing Carter’s seizure of Forrester Creations. In contrast, Taylor’s backing of Ridge cemented their revival.

Taylor Hayes Reclaimed Her Family Life

Taylor had clarity. Her backing of Ridge and the Forrester family meant the world to all involved.

Brooke knew Taylor’s renewed influence was building but couldn’t stop it. While a more recent break from Brooke and move to Taylor didn’t prove lasting, this change did.

Scenes with Brooke wearing lingerie remind me of when Hope donned an outfit, and John Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) unexpectedly entered. But Brooke doesn’t fall into Ridge’s lap like Hope fell into Finn’s.

Momentum won’t forever remain with Taylor, but for the moment, it’s entirely with her, and Ridge appears unlikely to return to Brooke anytime soon. Taylor has a way to go, as Ridge hasn’t offered an engagement ring and is being cautious.

That’s understandable based on the volume of marriages he’s had. Thirteen have been to Brooke and two to Taylor, with the potential of a third now realistic.
