Days Of Our Lives Spoilers reveal there are three must-see moments for the week of April 7, 2025. Fans can expect Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) to have a difficult talk with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman).

Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) returns to Salem. Meanwhile, JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) investigate EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) shooting. Keep reading and let’s discuss what’s coming up in the Peacock soap opera.

Sami Brady’s Difficult Conversation

One must-see moment centers on Sami’s return to Salem. Sami walks into EJ’s hospital room and seems caught off guard to find a weeping Belle Brady (Martha Madison) sitting there.

It’s not clear if Sami hears Belle’s confession to EJ or not. When Belle notices Sami is there, she quickly wipes away her tears.

It won’t be until the end of the week when Sami and Johnny have that difficult conversation. 

Rex Brady Returns

Next week, fans will also see Rex return to Salem. Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) will be overjoyed when she opens the door to a sling-toting Rex.

After the two embrace, Rex spends some time assuring Kate. Later, Rex confides his fear to Roman Brady (Josh Taylor). It seems that Rex might think that his mother shot EJ. 

Shawn Brady Investigates

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of April 7 reveal that another must-see moment focuses on the criminal investigation. Shawn will be diving into this case just as JJ already has. Shawn went to the bar to tell a drunk Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) about the high-profile shooting.

However, Jada also had a reason to shoot EJ. So, as commissioner, how does that affect the case? Clearly, it’s just a soap and not real, but I do wonder if she could be accused at some point.

JJ Deveraux Suspicious

JJ will focus his questions on Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) once again, though. JJ knows that at some point, he needs to ask Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) if she followed through on her threat.

That could provide some conflict in their rekindled romance, because Gabi will insist she’s innocent. Will JJ believe or doubt his girlfriend, though?

Speaking of Gabi, fans can also expect her to hurl allegations at Kristen. Of course, Kristen will fire them right back. It seems everyone is going to be pointing the finger at each other until the shooter is caught. Could the true shooter be the person that everyone suspects the least?
