There really is nothing wrong with being single, right? Well, Brooke doesn’t seem to believe it as she keeps on going for unavailable men.
Seeing how Ridge Forrester has already rejected her multiple times, it looks like Brooke is now going to set her sights on a new man in this fictional town of Los Angeles: Deacon Sharpe.
Deacon has always had a soft spot for Brooke, so it shouldn’t really surprise anyone that he would welcome her advances. Plus, he’s having issues with Sheila thanks to her being so welcoming towards lunatic Luna in her life.
If there’s anything that we’ve learned about Brooke over the years, it’s that she’s just someone who can’t be without a man. If Ridge doesn’t want her, then she will clearly move on to the next guy who is going to pay any amount of attention towards her.
Sure, this might create problems between her and Sheila, but it’s not like Brooke is even worried about that at the moment. She can’t stand being rejected and she can’t stand being alone.
For Brooke, starting a new affair with Deacon is worth the risk. Plus, the two of them already know each other and their wants and needs. And Deacon is the perfect candidate to give Brooke exactly what she needs. That is, until Ridge comes back into her life and realizes what he’s been missing out on. The cycle just never ends!
