Everyone knew this was going to happen sooner rather than later. There’s heavy speculation suggesting that Rebecca Budig is looking to end her contract with The Bold and the Beautiful and return to General Hospital.

Rebecca came on the show as the new Taylor Hayes in this fictional town of Los Angeles, but unfortunately her critics just aren’t feeling her in the role. In fact, they think that she was totally miscast as Rebecca looks almost the same age as her television daughter, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood, who plays Steffy Forrester on the show.

Not only that, but they think that Rebecca just doesn’t give Taylor Hayes the justice that she deserves. She’s a world renowned therapist and yet she’s having such a hard time solving her own family’s problems, let alone her own.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that Taylor is not going to be lasting very long as it is. While Ridge is planning to take her to Italy, it looks like her love rival Brooke Logan will only be a few steps behind them. Brooke has been extremely aggressive in wanting to win Ridge back.

Before anyone knows it, Brooke is going to manage to bed Ridge once again, leaving Taylor with a broken heart. And we all know that the moment things for bad for Taylor, she immediately packs her bags and leaves town.

Is Hayden Barnes Returning To General Hospital?

Now, as far as what’s next for Rebecca, no one really knows but it wouldn’t be surprising if she did end up going back to General Hospital to reprise her role as Hayden Barnes, even though she was dismissed from the show several years back.

So far Rebecca herself has made no comments about the matter, seeing how this is all just pure specualtion at this point.
