In fact, a lot of General Hospital fans can’t help but wonder who might be the biggest ‘narcissist’ on the show.

It seems like there are a few residents of this fictional town of Port Charles who like to make everything about themselves. And if that doesn’t happen, then they certainly know how to make a situation about them. 

So, who is the biggest narcissist on General Hospital? Viewers certainly have their pics. Sonny, Carly and Kristina are just a few names. Many viewers would agree that Carly likes to spin every situation and make it about herself, even when it’s not about her at all.

Others believe that it might as well be Drew, seeing how he’s been causing so much mayhem lately. But let’s also not forget about people like Olivia or even Ava. Was there ever a time that she put someone else’s needs in front of her own? 

As you can imagine, General Hospital fans on the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter.

Some have even commented with, “Drew is the definition of narcissist. He is rewriting history to serve himself as well as making himself the most important person in the room. I know there have been others but as bad as him?”

Another General Hospital fan wrote, “Well Sonny! I mean the man practically has a statute in the town square with citizens bowing at it everyday (sarcasm).”

And then there was this comment as well: Luck! ‘The little girl lying in the snow.’ He even made Liz’s rape about him and the entire town enables his narcissism.”
