Could she be possibly making the switch from Salem to Port Charles? That’s what a lot of fans can’t help but wonder as there are new reports saying Days of Our Lives star Tamara Braun is leaving the hit Peacock soap.
The actress, who was best known for her role as Ava Braun on DOOL, recently announced her departure from the soap.
Tamara wrote on her Instagram account, “I wish this was an April Fool’s Joke but it’s not. This is Ava’s last week on Days. Last couple of days really. Sad but true. I’ve been gone since late July of last year but you can still catch Ava on your screens until April 3rd!”
“I miss being with my Days pals. They are a really good group of caring individuals and being with them was a joy.”
“Thanks for all the #love #kindness and #support during Ava’s latest Salem stint.”
With that said, there has been some speculation suggesting that Ava might return to General Hospital to reprise her role as Dr. Kim Nero in Port Charles.
The timing would certainly be fitting as her ex, Drew, has gone off the rails during the most recent episodes. To have Kim back would definitely bring a lot of new excitement and of course drama on the show.
Kim was pregnant the last time that fans saw her on the canvas. There are definitely some loose ends that could be addressed between her and Drew, should she decide to come back. Fingers crossed the producers of the soap make it happen!
