In fact, there’s heavy speculation suggesting that for Kristina’s next storyline, she is going to go to rehab.

That’s because she needs some time and space to heal instead of always going after Ava for what happened to her baby. Otherwise, Kristina’s mental health is just going to spiral out of control.

As many of our loyal readers can imagine, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about this storyline.

Some have even commented with, “They’ve written Kristina into a corner, and it’s frustrating. Fans spent years asking for more storylines for her, and now people just want her off-screen.”

“I don’t want that. She’s always been a character I’ve enjoyed, and if she’s gone, that really only leaves Dante as one of Sonny’s adult kids in the mix. I just hope the powers that be are seriously thinking about how to make her character work again.”

Another fan of the show wrote, “Yes, I definitely think this will be a reset for the Kristina character. After a short stint in a psych hospital, she will come back different.”

“It will also end the ridiculous Ava has no money of her own storyline since Sonny will pay her off not to press charges.”
