General Hospital fans do have a reason to panic. That’s because there’s heavy speculation that suggests the hit ABC soap’s future might be in jeopardy with the network and with Hulu as well.

There’s a new report that suggests General Hospital might be pulled out from the lineup from Hulu, as it has to do with the streaming rights reshuffling that is currently underway at ABC and Disney.

Unfortunately for fans who have been watching General Hospital, this means that they will end up in the dark if the soap gets pulled altogether. 

A lot of people have gotten accustomed to watching the soap ever since it began streaming on Hulu and especially for those who don’t have access to basic network television.

Of course, many fans and critics had a lot to say about the matter and let’s just say that they are not pleased with these latest developments at all.

Some even commented with, “Seems highly unlikely as it makes no sense. Disney owns HULU. Disney owns ABC. Not sure how they’d have streaming rights issues with themselves.

Another fan wrote, “Ugh that is annoying if true because of the next day viewing. I currently have both Disney+ and Hulu. If you are concerned though and just have Hulu, I think they have a deal going on right now for a bundle.”

And then there was this comment as well: “This is honestly super annoying because I watch on Hulu every night. Having to wait an extra day to watch on Disney+ would be such a bummer for participating in this sub and also for discussing GH with my mom and aunt.”

So far the producers of the show have not made any comments about the matter but we will definitely update you with all of the latest details once they come in.
