It’s only a matter of time before the truth comes out about Gio’s real parents and when that happens, there’s no doubt that fireworks are going to go off in this fictional town of Port Charles.

There’s a good chance that Gio will turn angry after realizing that his entire life has been nothing but one huge lie. Not only that, but he might also get quite angry and go dark like Jason Quartermaine did so many years back.

That, and people can’t help but wonder if he would even want anything to do with his newfound family even though he lives in the Quartermaine mansion.

Of course, General Hospital fans have had a lot to say about where this storyline is going.

Some have even commented with, “Gio will probably be understanding towards Brook Lynn and Dante. Brook Lynn had a closed adoption from her perspective, she straight-up didn’t know and even still doesn’t know that he’s her kid.”

“She also made the best decision for her at the time, and Gio has shown himself to be very understanding. She will not be the target of his ire.”

Another fan wrote, “I’m sure Gio will be angry, hurt and betrayed, but he already has good relationship with Brook Lynn and Dante there’s a nice deep bond there.”

“I think after he processes this for a while maybe for a couple of months or so then he will want to have a relationship with his biological parents and the Quartermaine’s It’s gonna be a long road, but he will accept this in time.”
