It seems like there’s a strong reason to feel disappointed in Eric Forrester these days. He’s always been the voice of reason in this fictional town of Los Angeles but that doesn’t seem to be case anymore.

Eric has always supported Brooke along with her daughter Hope and her endeavors. But something must have happened to cause him to remain as quiet as he has while allowing Steffy to rail agains the Logans. Has she lost her damn mind? That’s what a lot of viewers want to know.

It goes without saying that B&B fans have had a lot to say about the matter on social media.

Some have even commented with, “Eric has always been the voice of reason and he has supported Brooke and Hope so.”

“I’m very disappointed. He just sat there as did Ridge. And for Daphne to say, Carter can do better? Who do you think you are? I’m not sure why they’re trying to make hope this unworthy villain, but that seems to be the case with the writers.”

Another fan of the show wrote, “Eric and Ridge are the fathers of her siblings. I am disappointed in Eric as well.”

“Carter did tell them that they gave him their word to retain Hope & HFTF. Eric & Ridge seemed like they were onboard until Steffy started talking and squashed it. Eric & Ridge just sat there like a bump on a log and allowed Bratty Precious Steffy to takeover the meeting.”

“Why would he support Hope over the legacy he built for HIS family. Hope is a girl he was kind to out of respect for her mother and we see how she repaid him.”
