In fact, there are rumors swirling that actress Gina Tognoni, who was last seen as Phyllis Summers on The Young and the Restless, might join the cast of Port Charles as Skye Quartermaine. 

Seeing how Skye is Alan’s daughter, that would make her Jason and Drew’s sister and Michael’s aunt. There’s no doubt that she would have a few things to say about Willow while she’s around.

Not only that, but it’s also been suggested that Sky can either make a play for ELQ or she could be involved with all the drama at Aurora or move back in to the Quartermaine Mansion.

As our loyal readers can imagine, the internet was on fire with this casting suggestion.

Many fans of the soap even commented with, “I’d like to see Gina T in any role on GH. She was so good as Phyllis on Y&R. I don’t think she should have been replaced. She was also good as Kelly Cramer on OLTL.”Another fan wrote, “This is a no-brainer. Loved her on OLTL & GL. She would play well against Jane and a ton of the rest of the cast. Where would they SORAS Lila?”

“Based on her birth she should be around Molly’s age (both were born in 2005-2006 on GH), but GT is younger than RC so maybe Lila would be a bit younger?”

And then there was this comment as well: “She would have to dye her hair Skye is a well established red head!”

“I’m surprised Gh also never tried to bring back Linda Dano as Dr. Rae Cummings Alan’s old flame when he was a teen and the mother of Skye as well as Myrtle Fargate’s daughter from Pine Valley (Skye’s family tree is all over the place!)”

So far Gina Tognini herself has not made any comments about the casting suggestion just yet.
