General Hospital spoilers say that the writers have gotten quite a few things wrong lately, including Sonny and Jason’s perception of Carly and the men she should or shouldn’t have in her life.

Because, out of all the people in the world and the things they’ve done in the past, who are they to say who Carly is supposed to date, right? She is a grown woman after all.

During the most recent episode of General Hospital, Jason told Carly that she needed to get away from Brennan after she ended up in the hospital due to the tainted champagne that was meant for him and not her.

Jason told Carly that she needs to cut all ties with Brennan. But this seems massively hypocritical seeing how she’s had her own life on the line thanks to Jason and her ex-husband.

Many General Hospital fans certainly did have a lot to say about this storyline.

Some even commented with, “All the times that Carly almost died, or her life was put in danger because of her association with Sonny and Jason, but Brennan is the dangerous one, you have to get away from him. Oh lord, please give me a friggin break!”

“Don’t insult our intelligence. They act like everyone just started watching the show last week.”

General Hospital Spoilers: What’s Next For Carly And Brennan?

Another critic of the show wrote, “Definitely seems like Brennan isn’t gonna be long for Port Charles, the way the story has shifted over the past two weeks. It’s just a shame, all the work Charles Mesure did at building an interesting original character, and then they did whatever they did to run him off, and here we are.”

“Brennan will probably end up with a bullet in his chest like Jagger. Anna will talk about investigating it, and then we’ll never hear about it again.”
