General Hospital spoilers say that this has to be the worst kept secret in all of Port Charles.
Of course, we are talking about the fact that Nina and Drew have been having a little ‘something, something,’ going on behind Willow’s back.
And it seems like all of Port Charles knows this except for Wilow and people like Jason and Carly. But General Hospital spoilers say that it’s only a matter of time before the cat is out of the bag. And when it happens, you better believe that fireworks are going to go off. There’s no way that Willow will be able to handle the truth.
Many GH fans certainly did have a lot to say about the matter on social media.
Some have even commented with, “People who know for a fact are Ava, Maxie, Sasha, Cody, Ned, Tracy, Curtis, Jordan. People who might know there was something going on because they have made comments is Carly, BLQ, Portia and Michael.”Another fan wrote, “Also every viewer seems to forget that Willow might know because she overheard a conversation between Nina and Sasha at the Q’s where Nina said ‘maybe after he wins his congress seat they can explore what they are.’”
“That was all Willow heard and her and Nina still weren’t close so she only knew what she overheard and didn’t ask about it.”
And then there was this comment as well: “Sasha told Cody who announced it when he got in the fight with Drew. That fight was recorded by the PI that Ned hired, and we saw Ned and Tracy watch the video. They only confronted Drew about Willow, though, and they seem to be ignoring the fact that they should also know about Nina.”
Of course, General Hospital fans will have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next.

Nina should tell Willow, Drew and I were two single people sleeping together. Drew and Nina have stopped sleeping together.
It’s about time with Nina and Drew comes out
Willow needs to stop beating around the bush and come clean to her daughter, though it will destroy her and hurt her but at least she will see Drew for who he is.
So now viewers are to believe Willow has known all this time that Nina/Drew had a fling while he was pursuing her. Talk about being dumb. Willow's persona has been changed so much for this story line and if the above is true, writers are allowing Willow to be down right stupid. Perhaps she is the one with the brain tumor and not Drew. How much more can this ridiculous story line take???
