Days of Our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, March 18, 2025, are here! In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien) to be devastated. Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) tells Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) about her baby decision.

Shane Donovan’s Bombshell

On Wednesday, March 18, fans can expect Theresa to learn heartbreaking news. The felon was impatient when Shane Donovan (Charles Shaughnessy) called her. However, she will realize why when he drops a bomb. It seems most likely that Shane tells her about Kimberly Brady (Patsy Pease). 

Kimberly has been mentioned on a few different occasions lately.  In fact, Theresa met Sophia Choi’s (Rachel Boyd) mother but claimed she was taking care of her ill mother in California.

That is when Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson) admitted knowing Tate Black’s (Leo Howard) mother was in prison. So, expect to say goodbye to Theresa once again.

Tate Black’s Loss

Meanwhile, Tate Black (Leo Howard) will learn about his grandmother. While Tate would normally go with Theresa to California, his situation requires he stay in Salem.

After all, Tate has a baby on the way and there is still no approval from the adoptive parents. While Tate deals with this bombshell about his grandmother, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will be there to offer support.

Alex Kiriakis’ Discovery

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Joy decided not to tell Alex and Stephanie about the pregnancy. However, she ran into Philip, who brought up some words of wisdom. So, when Joy runs into Alex at Titan, she could tell him about the pregnancy.

Joy might explain that she wants to raise the baby on her own. However, I can’t see Alex being okay with that, not with all the talk he’s done about missing out on having a dad growing up.

Fans can also expect Stephanie and Philip to continue their heated debate about the forgery secret. Thanks to Theresa, Xander will spy on the private conversation. Will Stephanie and Philip blurt out too much? Will Sarah Horton Kiriakis’ (Lindsay Arnold) name be mentioned? Or will Xander only hear just enough to raise suspicion? 

Speaking of Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey), she will be concerned about the deception situation. However, the good doctor will cover with Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers).
