As many GH fans already know, Sonny helped raise Gio by by financing all of his needs. While everyone is blaming Lois for keeping quiet about this the entire time and not telling Brook Lynn and Dante the truth about their teen baby, it looks like Sonny might have known but decided not to say anything about it, either.

Maybe Sonny knew this entire time that it would be best to keep the young boy away from the Quartermaine mansion, right? That, or he might have had other plans for his grandson. But now that the truth is out, fingers are giong to be pointed towards someone to blame.

Of course, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter. Some even commented with, “Seems to me he has known Gio is his grandson from the start. He has financed the kid’s lifestyle and education, because he is his grandson. Not because he is a generous Bensonhurst neighbor.”
